Sillunu Oru Kadhal - Awful.

The first half can almost pass for a chick flick. The second is a piece of excrement worse than an episode of a TV serial.

The plot is weak. The comedy is lame. The dialogues are awkward. The movie doesn't seem to end... Please don't get me wrong. I like bad movies. I'm entertained by them. But Sillunu/jillunu -i-don't-care is so beyond bad I just can't understand how this film got made. You'd think Surya or Jo would've realized at some point that the movie was pointless but no.


Arrgghhhhhhhh.. this movie cannot be reviewed.
Let me just say this movie has absolutely no redeeming qualities. Even Rahman's brilliant music cannot save this mess. Remember what you imagined in your mind when you heard the songs the first time? Let those visuals stay in your head. Do not let the director overwrite it and leave a bad taste everytime you play it... lord, what were they thinking filming New York Nagaram in Switzerland? Every other song is a poorly shot misfit.

Man, this was bad!

Avoid. Like the plague.
